apartment is situated on the first floor of the
wing that connects the Villa to the rural residence
"Roseto". From the windows you can admire
the roof top garden and gaze at the senesi hillside.
The "Granaino" apartment is made up of
a kitchen, living-dining area with extendable arm-chairs,
master bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Outside,
one can nap in the yard shaded by age-old cedar
trees. |

The "Scuderia" (Stable)
apartment is found on the first floor of a building
used in the past as a stable and is seperated by
the central part of the Villa, its position making
a sort of small internal plaza within the residence.
From the ground level entrance, furnished with antique
decor, you can enter the first floor of the open-space
living area, with a beautiful view of the small
plaza and cedar trees.
The apartment has a living-dining area, kitchen,
master bedroom, double-bed room and a single. Not
to mention the relaxing shade of the Cedar woods,
postioned nicely in the park in front of the house. |

Total number of beds: 8+1. The bedroom on the groundfloor
is suitable for handicapped persons with wheel chair. |
